Translate language and/or convert currency does not work. What should I do?

First of all, we are so sorry for any inconvenience caused to you.


There are a few things you need to check as the following:

1. Please make sure that you have translated languages and/or converted currencies based on your needs.

2. Publish languages/currencies to make them appear in our switcher.

3. To show the Transtore switcher on your storefront, you need to activate our App Embeds from your Shopify's Themes Editor first. Just click on the link attached in Transtore in-app and save the setting then.

4. To show Switcher on your storefront, you will need to turn on Switcher on our Transtore app, using a floating or embedded style. You can see the Preview screen to choose the one fit into your store.

5. Most of the time the issue comes from your settings in Shopify Market. 

- If you are getting issues with language, make sure that in your Primary market, just make sure to turn on all target languages

- If you are getting issues with currency, make sure that you have turned off the Internation Market


If there is any difficulty to follow the above steps, or even if you have done all of them but the issue still persists, please give us the following permissions in the staff account (send an invitation to support@transtore.app), and our Dev will investigate the issue further. 




P/s: it is sad to say that Shopify still does not list a separate section for Markets which confused a lot of merchants when working with app developers like us.
